Mike Stokes
or The Balloon Man as he is otherwise known has been a respected family
entertainer for the last 25 years.
Based in Bristol until 2004 when he and his wife moved to Hampshire, he
has entertained at many different venues inc. holiday parks, hotels,
schools and stores as well as private functions, weddings, birthdays etc.
The Balloon Mans shows are full of Spectacular Balloon Models, comedy,
music, fun and laughter enjoyed by children and adults alike, always fully
self contained with professional PA and immaculate props and equipment, he
is also available for Mix & Mingle, Fetes etc...
Pre-School Parties
A show full of fun with lots of big colourful balloons lasting approx. 30
to 40 minutes, a realistic time scale for this age group.
1Hour Party
A show full of fun and excitement lasting approx. 45mins consisting of
Balloon Modelling, Comedy Juggling & Plate Spinning ending with 15 minutes
of Disco. The Birthday Child receives several special balloon models for
helping with the fun.
2 Hour Party
The 2 Hour Party contains all the fun and excitement of the 1 Hour plus
the choice of either, A Balloon Modelling or Circus Skills Workshop (see
below) plus a Mini Disco with Lights and Bubble Machine.
Workshops
Balloon Workshops are suitable for most age groups as with lots of help
and comedy all the children make their own model to take home at the end
of the party, also suitable for groups such as Brownies and Cubs.
Circus Skills Workshops involve the children in Limbo, Juggling, Poi,
Plate Spinning & The Balancing Beam, even the younger party goers love to
take part, as with lots of help they too can be a circus performer. (A
reasonable amount of space is needed for this workshop.)
